We are looking for a recruitment specialist to support a client in the real estate sector in finding, evaluating, and hiring the right talent. The role may encompass all or parts of the recruitment process depending on needs and the scope of the assignment, and you will work closely with stakeholders in an organization with multiple companies.

• Drive and/or support recruitment processes from needs analysis to hiring decisions.
• Ensure quality in selection, interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Provide advice to stakeholders regarding requirements profiles, labor law, and established recruitment processes.
• Coordinate and document recruitment activities in line with the organization's working methods.

• Experience in recruitment within municipal real estate companies or equivalent complex roles in the last 3 years.
• Good knowledge of applicable labor law and recruitment processes.
• Completed at least 5 recruitments for municipal real estate companies in the last 3 years.
• Documented education in HR, behavioral science, psychology, or equivalent.
